The NCERT published textbooks are issued by the Government.
The Binding Quality / Printing Quality is not satisfactory. The Books have been issued to you in the same condition as have been received from the Government.
The Government does not allow the binding of New Textbooks before selling.
Hence, the practice of Binding NCERT Books is discontinued. It is not possible to entertain the exchange of such books. Parents are requested to get the Textbooks bound to ensure that they last through the year.
