1.The Wisdom Store has a no cancellation, return, and refund policy. However, in extreme circumstances such as, but not limited to, duplication of an order or a wrong order being placed, The Wisdom Store reserves the right to accept or reject the cancellation request.

2.The Wisdom Store shall not be liable, held responsible, or considered as a party in default for any delay in the delivery of products due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control or that of its affiliates. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, war, riots, embargoes, strikes, lockouts, actions of any government authority, delays in obtaining licenses, rejection of applications under applicable statutes, failure of telephone connections, power failures, fire, floods, or natural calamities.

3.If your order has already been dispatched, is in transit, has been shipped, or has been delivered, cancellation will not be possible.

4.Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances. However, in extreme situations, The Wisdom Store may consider a cancellation request. To raise a cancellation request, kindly email thewisdomstore@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Along with the reason for cancellation, please mention the following details in your email:

• Customer’s Name
• Registered Mobile No.

5.Once the cancellation request is raised, The Wisdom Store will evaluate whether the order is eligible for cancellation. If the order is accepted for cancellation, The Wisdom Store will cancel it at its end and generate a credit note for the order amount. This credit note can be used for the next purchase within 365 days on The Wisdom Store or at any Retail store. The Wisdom Store does not offer direct refunds; however, if no alternative is available, the refund amount will be calculated per the refund policy.

3.The refund amount will be directly credited to the original payment method or bank account used at the time of placing the order.

4.Courier charges will not be refunded if the order has already been dispatched under any circumstances.
